Morning Momentum Privacy Policy

Overview

Morning Momentum is a family routine management app designed to help children build healthy morning habits. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially children.

Data Collection

We collect no personal data. Morning Momentum does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, including:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Photos or videos
• Location data
• Contacts, calendars, or other device content

The app does not require an account, and there is no sign-in. Routines, steps, timers, progress, streaks and settings are stored only on your device.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Morning Momentum offers an optional paid subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details.

To keep track of whether a subscription is active, and to restore purchases when you reinstall the app or use another device, we use RevenueCat as our subscription management provider. When you purchase, restore, or redeem an offer code, RevenueCat receives:

• The purchase transaction from Apple (which product, and whether it is active)
• A randomly generated app user ID that is not linked to your name, email, or any personal identity

This corresponds to Purchase History in our App Store privacy label. It is used for App Functionality and Analytics, is not linked to your identity, and is not used for tracking. RevenueCat acts as our data processor and does not use this information for advertising. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.

Analytics and Tracking

Morning Momentum contains no advertising, no ad networks, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not share any data with advertisers or data brokers. Any usage information the app records to power features such as streaks stays on your device.

Location Data

Morning Momentum does not access, collect, or track location data of any kind.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any data with third parties. All routine data remains local to your device. The only information that leaves your device is the subscription transaction described above, shared with Apple and RevenueCat solely to keep your subscription working.

Children's Privacy

Morning Momentum is designed for use by children and families. We take children's privacy extremely seriously and:

• Do not require account creation or login
• Do not collect any personal information from children
• Do not include advertising of any kind
• Place the optional subscription behind a Parental Gate, so a child cannot start a purchase alone
• Comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act)

Parental Gate

Certain features, such as deleting routines, opening external links, or starting a subscription, are protected by a Parental Gate. The challenge is an access-control step intended to direct these actions to a parent or guardian; it is not an identity or age-verification service.

Data Security

All routine data is stored locally on your device. The subscription information described above is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• All routine data remains on your device
• Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to Apple's device backup behavior
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings
• You can request deletion of subscription records by contacting support@morningmomentum.app

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
